    •    Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made before services commence.

    •    Late payments may incur additional charges.

    •    No refunds will be given once a service has been confirmed or commenced, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Clients agree to:

    •    Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services

    •    Allow access to premises as required

    •    Ensure safe working conditions for security personnel

    •    Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

 

5. Confidentiality

 

JBA Security and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the provision of services.

 

6. Liability

    •    JBA Security will take reasonable care to provide effective security services.

    •    However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks.

    •    Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from negligence, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

7. Privacy

 

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with POPIA.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant South African courts.
