Durbanville is harder to generalise about than most suburbs we cover, and that is the useful thing to know about securing property here. Within a few kilometres the area runs from dense residential estates and complexes, through schools and a working commercial node, out to smallholdings and the agricultural edges towards the wine farms.

What that property-type spread means in practice is that "we cover Durbanville" is close to meaningless as a statement, from any provider. Ask what the post plan assumes about your boundary, your trading or visiting hours, and who is expected to arrive on an ordinary weekday — and compare those assumptions rather than the rate.
