About This Service
A construction site is a different security problem from a finished building, and the reason is simple: it changes. A perimeter that worked in month one is wrong by month four. Deliveries arrive on a schedule nobody controls. Subcontractors come and go, sometimes dozens in a week, often employed by someone other than the client. Value on site rises sharply and unevenly — the day the cable, the switchgear or the sanitaryware lands is not the day the fencing changed.
Most construction loss is not dramatic. It is cable and copper, fuel, formwork, hand tools and small plant, leaving in ones and twos through a gate that was open for a legitimate reason. Which means the job is as much about controlling access and documenting movement as it is about presence.
Contractor access is where that starts. A name on a clipboard is not access control. Access tied to an actual work order — who is expected, from which firm, for what, on which day — is the difference between a site that knows who is on it and one that finds out afterwards.
Deliveries matter just as much. Verifying what arrives against what was ordered catches short deliveries while there is still someone to raise them with, and catches the other thing too: material leaving on a vehicle that arrived to drop off.
Documentation is the part clients value late and wish they had early. When a claim, a dispute or an insurance question arrives months later, a written, timed record of who was on site, what arrived and what was reported is worth considerably more than anyone's recollection.

Every quotation starts with a site visit, and the deployment is written to the programme rather than fixed for the life of the contract. A plan that does not change as the site changes is a plan that was wrong for most of the build.
