POPIA Privacy Notice

What We Process

Contact and enquiry details submitted via this website (name, phone number, email, property/service type, region, message), and — for clients and prospective employees — information required to deliver security services, screening and guarding contracts.

Purpose Of Processing

Personal information is processed to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and security assessments, deliver contracted security services, conduct criminal record checks and employee screening where instructed, and meet legal or regulatory obligations (including PSIRA requirements).

Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of that information, object to processing on reasonable grounds, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your information has been mishandled.
